Our January breakfast will feature a panel of Austin area real estate professionals, discussing the latest market trends, forecasts, and strategies for both residential and commercial real estate in the Austin area. Panel members include:

Kristen Scudder ’05
Kristen is a fifth generation Aggie and served as the Capital City A&M Club’s 2017 President. Kristen is a professional residential Realtor with Horizon Realty and she grew up in the good ol’ 78745 of Austin, Texas. For the past 6 years, she has specialized in first time home buyers, move up buyers, new construction and downtown condominium sales. She is excited to share her outlook on where the Austin real estate market is headed in 2019.  BIO / LinkedIn

Alan Peters ’96
Alan is the Branch Manager of the Austin office for Savills Studley, an international commercial real estate firm, with over 700 offices globally.  His focus is office tenant representation, with a long track record of creative and off market solutions.  He served as President of the Capital City A&M Club in 2009.  BIO / Linked In

Chris Dolce ’92
Mr. Dolce has been with Sixthriver Architects since 1994 and has served as Vice President of the firm since 2001.  As the Director of Tenant Development services, Chris is an expert in tenant programming, space planning and assists clients in negotiating functional and efficient layouts for office and community spaces. He acts also as a project manager for numerous clients and assists them throughout their projects and endeavors.  He has been involved in the planning, design and construction of over 20,000,000 square feet of commercial and institutional spaces in the Austin Metropolitan area, throughout Texas and the nation.  His experience and firsthand knowledge of buildings, lease spaces and properties throughout the area provides an intimate understanding of the opportunities that a potential investment or lease could possess.   Chris is a sixth generation Austinite and a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Environmental Design.
