Tuesday, November 10, 2015 LtGen Joe Weber, USMC, (Ret) serves as executive director of the Texas Department of Transportation. Under the direction of the Texas Transportation Commission, he is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of TxDOT’s policies and operations. He maintains relationships with elected leaders all over the state and represents TxDOT before the Texas Legislature.
